Data linked to investments is retained for a minimum of 10 years in accordance with current tax legislation and anti-money laundering regulations in Argentina. Browsing data is retained for a maximum of 26 months.

We may share it with: (a) real estate developers participating in projects, to the extent necessary to manage your investment; (b) regulatory entities (CNV, UIF, AFIP) when required by law; (c) technology service providers who assist us in operating the platform, under strict confidentiality agreements; (d) legal and accounting advisors in the context of audits or legal proceedings.

7. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law 25.326, you have the right to: access your personal data; request its rectification if inaccurate; request its deletion when no longer necessary; object to processing in certain circumstances.
